Dr. Bailetti earned a Ph.D. and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, where he was a Fulbright Scholar from 1971 to 1975 and; an American Iron and Steel Institute Doctoral Fellow from 1975 to 1976.

J. Product Development. He has also contributed articles to many conference proceedings.

He was the Director of the TIM program for 16 years (1999-2005, 2006-2007, 2008-2009, 2010-2018). The TIM program currently offers three options: M. Entrepreneurship, M. Eng., and M.A.Sc. From 1981 to 1988, he was the Director of Carleton’s School of Business and from 1988 to 1991 he was a Director for Bell-Northern Research.
